I watched this video yesterday at work - bunker shots are by far the weakest part of my game, and I figured it couldn't hurt to get yet another tip! So yesterday evening I went out and played - had a horrible round going and then found myself in a greenside bunker (about 15 yards short of the green). I felt like throwing it out, but I went in, set up to the ball, and wondered where the heck it was going to go this time (thin over the green is my favorite)...but then I flashed back to this video - lined myself up with my club, opened the face, put my weight on my left leg and aimed for about an inch behind the ball - hit it...it bounced once, rolled about 8ft and amazingly it went in the hole for a birdie! I especially like the tip about lining up with the ternum instead of just playing the ball back etc.

I think it was very appropriate to have the first tip be a chip shot!! Very helpful - I'll be using this advice today.
