Many of you, we know, are already browsing the site by Popular Keyword Tags. It’s an excellent way to navigate through the thousands of articles and posts we have in the archives; it allows you to find exactly what you’re looking for, or even what you may not know you’re looking for. For those of you who aren't quite sure what it is...
Here are the basics: Every single piece of content uploaded to our website is ‘tagged’ with a series of applicable keywords. If we publish an article on Tiger Woods, we tag it with the keyword phrase, ‘Tiger Woods.’ The more times a particular keyword phrase is used, the larger and more boldly it appears in the Popular Keyword Tag window. The smaller and less bold the font is, the less it’s been used.
Here’s how to use it: Go to our home page and click ‘Tiger Woods.’ The next page will show you 2 things. The first is a list of other keyword tags and phrases that have also been used along with ‘Tiger Woods’ in the same article. The second, a list of all articles tagged with ‘Tiger Woods,’ is displayed just below that. Now, click the keyword tag ‘Phil Mickelson.’ When the page refreshes, you’ve dug a little deeper and are now looking at everything on our site that has anything to do with both ‘Tiger Woods’ and ‘Phil Mickelson.’ Drill down ever further by clicking on additional keyword tags or phrases.
Pretty cool, huh?
