My swing has fallen apart.......looking for tips and suggestions to help

As of late i have been extremely busy with finals, and because of this i did not have the time to swing a golf club.......typically i practice 2-3 times a week and i typically shoot in the mid eightys.....I am not an extremely long hitter(7iron 150) and i tend to hit the ball on a very high trajectory...
